The marina portion of Deception Pass State Park is located on the south shore of Coronet Bay on Coronet Bay Road. The marina provides a 7-lane boat launch and parking areas.

Hastie Lake Road

This Island County park site is located at the west end of Hastie Lake overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The site has a boat ramp, 10 parking spaces, a viewpoint, and access to over 2,000 linear feet of walk-able public tidelands.


Mariner’s Cove Boat Launch

This Island County property is located near the end of North Beach Drive in the Mariner’s Cove Subdivision. The site overlooks Saratoga Passage and Camano Island with distant views of Mount Baker and Glacier Peak during clear weather. The site has a 40 foot linear gravel beach, boat launch, viewpoint, and parking for 4 vehicles.

Penn Cove and Scenic Heights Road

This Island County park site is located in Penn Cove off Penn Cove and Scenic Heights Road. The site has a boat launch and 4 vehicle parking spaces that overlook Saratoga Passage and historic Coupeville. The site provides access to public tidelands extending north towards Oak Harbor and west into Penn Cove.

The city-owned marina was built in 1974 at the east end of the harbor adjacent to Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island. Dry storage tenants and transient boaters may launch from the 6,500 pound monorail crane or from a 100 foot wide launching ramp that is operable at any tide.
