The Dugualla Bay Dike District access site is located on Dugualla Bay Road on top of the flood control dike. The site overlooks Dugualla Bay, Goat Island, and Ika Island across Skagit Bay, and the agricultural fields and estuary within Dugualla Valley. The site provides a gravely beach and roadside parking area.
